There is no limit to the number of points that may be earned per year, but any unused points will expire after five years. The card has no annual fee, a 0% introductory rate for both balance transfers and cash advance checks for the first twelve billing cycles, and a very low fixed interest rate for those who qualify once the introductory rate expires.
